A Legacy Woven with Care

I started braiding hair when I was just 14 years old in Burkina Faso. What began as a childhood hobby helping friends and family quickly blossomed into a deep passion for artistry and care. Those early years taught me that braiding is more than just a skill; it is a celebration of identity, heritage, and the bond we share as women.

In 2014, I brought my dream to the United States, carrying the traditions and meticulous techniques I had spent years perfecting. Moving across the world was a leap of faith, but my love for braiding remained my constant guide. I wanted to share my expertise and provide a space where every client could experience the grace of authentic African hair culture.

Today, running Grace African Hair Braiding by MIKI represents 30 years of dedication. I approach every head of hair with the same excitement and care as I did in my youth, now enriched by decades of experience. I am committed to treating every client like family, weaving stories and confidence into every braid while ensuring your hair remains healthy and beautiful.
